Delivery of the Philadelphia Pass

When you buy the Philadelphia Pass online, you can choose to either have your order delivered to you or to collect it once you arrive in Philadelphia.

Delivery:

You can opt to have your Philadelphia Passes delivered to any destination of your choice and start planning your trip in advance with our 100 page guidebook. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (international customers please allow 10 business days). If you intend planning your trip in advance with the Philadelphia Pass guidebook please place your order at least 2 weeks before your departure.

We strongly advise against deliveries to hotels as orders can be mislaid or go missing. The only guaranteed way to receive Passes delivered to your hotel is to use FedEx delivery, otherwise we recommend you collect your Passes in Philadelphia free of charge. FedEx does not allow shipping to PO Boxes.

Orders made after 2pm Eastern US Standard Time will be processed the next business day.

Collection:

Not enough time for delivery? Opt for collection and you will be able to pick up your passes just a few minutes after placing your order.

If you elect to collect your pass(es) in Philadelphia, we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to our pick up location.
