Delivery of the Philadelphia Pass
When you buy the Philadelphia Pass online, you can choose to either have your order delivered to you or to collect it once you arrive in Philadelphia.
Delivery:
You can opt to have your Philadelphia Passes delivered to any place of your choice. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Collection:
Not enough time for delivery? Opt for collection and you will be able to pick up your passes just a few minutes after placing your order.
If you elect to collect your pass(es) in Philadelphia, we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to our pick up location at Independence Visitor's Center, 1 N Independence Mall West, Philadelphia PA 19106 (Across from the Liberty Bell, 6th and Market Street).
