Delivery of the Philadelphia Pass
When you buy the Philadelphia Pass online, you can choose to either have your order delivered to you or to collect it once you arrive in Philadelphia.
Delivery:
You can opt to have your Philadelphia Passes delivered to any place of your choice, and start planning your trip in advance with our 140 page guidebook. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. So if you intend planning your trip with the Philadelphia Pass guidebook in advance, for the peace of mind, please place your order online at least 2 weeks before your departure.
Collection:
If you elect to collect your pass(es) in Philadelphia, we will email a collection voucher for you to print out and bring to our pick up location at Hard Rock Café Philadelphia, 1113-31 Market Street (12th and Market Streets).
